As you go about your day today, remember this: the actions and choices of your children do not define you.  

You are so much more than the sum of another human being’s decisions, be it a big human or a small one. 

You are you, just as your children are your children. 

This isn’t always easy. Our days are littered with commitments and responsibilities to others.  

When was the last time you did something for yourself? 

You must protect your identity, regardless of the direction life takes you in.
